All the contacts I enter don't show up on my contact list, or my whatsapp, but if I retype the number or they call me, they do. 'I don't find any phone numbers for Joe Smith.' Or, 'Hey Siri, call my wife.' 'I don't find anyone called wife.' This doesn't happen when the phone is connected to wifi.
